the staff were friendly and plesant. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was huge, the room was a nice size and well equipped. the breakfast was very nice but the cooked food could be kept hotter. there was plenty of choice for a continental breakfast. I would recomend the Comfort Hotel. it was an enjoyable stay.
There was nothing to dislike about the Comfort Inn Hotel. there was a good bus, train and underground service all within walking distance. there is a coffee shop outside the hotel, handy if you haven't booked a breakfast with your stay. there is a lovely friendly pub that serves good food and a nice pint just across the road.
Location is excellent to get quick into the centre of London. The double room is large enough. Beds are good and you can get a decent shower.
This hotel should definitely offer free WIFI.
Comfortable beds. Romm fittings good
Poor location. Expensive
Clean, quit comfortable
Rejective personal, poor unworthy to buy breakfast
Poor treating at reception
Cleaners talking loud outside room from 8am ..even walked into room without knocking at 8.15 !! For £125 a night I expected a little bit more .. A long walk from Vauxhall station .. Poor greeting at reception..poor handling of online booking, room dingy not a good experience ..certainly would not return
Looks bad from the outside - better inside. Check in was quick, staff very friendly. Room basic, no a/c and I was on ground floor so couldn't leave window open. There is a ceiling fan but it didn't work too well. Bed not brilliant. I paid £133 which I found way too expensive. I wouldn't return unless there was a good rate - no more than £60.
Over priced for a very cheap hotel. Room walls paper thin
Impressive room with great facilities E.G. desk, I pod dock, really comfortable bed. Good value for money
Minor detail - no instructions for spa bath.
Toilet water volume too little to flush - multiple flushes needed. Internet service abysmal - crashed every time when paying and on logins. Your provider debited me 3 times for the same service. This money was subsequently refunded.
The young man whom served us on arrival was very helpful and recommended a great restaurant the Portuguese one around the corner which was excellent. Rooms very clean and bed very comfortable
Closely located to Vauxhall station.
Rooms at the front are very noisy because of traffic.
Excellent value, great location for the Oval Cricket
Nothing for our stay.
Location,cleanliness off road Parking
smell of cigarette smoke in the stairwells
Room was clean
The breakfast was very poor. Definitely not vlue for money
Good size room for three of us and well equipped and very clean.
The large rooms.
The location is not good and there was not enough light around the outside. It was a bit scary walking up to it at night.
