We really loved our stay here. The bathrooms are clean. Moreover, free Wi Fi was great. It's minutes from stockwell metro station, explored so many sites.
-
We liked air conditioning, a private safe and a writing desk. The property met the demands, we would like to come again.
-
Excellent location, near Canary Wharf (10 mins walk waterfront). The hotel was clean and free breakfast
-
Hotel is pristine, pubs nearby and close to the tube. Car park is so great, worth the price
-
We travel regularly to London and have finally found a good affordable hotel of "German standard". No sloping carpets, enough space for the luggage, very clean!
-
Bus stop just around the corner. Possibility to leave the car for a fee. You can concentrate on public transport.
Bedroom windows on the 4th floor could not be opened. Breakfast could be a little more varied (yoghurt, fresh fruit etc.)
-
Very friendly staff, large bathroom, very clean, comfortable bed. . Great location with bus service via Picadilly Circus to Camden just opposite.
-
Very friendly staff, nice rooms, hotel is conveniently located if you want to go to the theatre in the Westend: Busline 88 departs directly in front of the hotel to the Westend.
Breakfast was disappointing: just some cereal and red fruits in compote sauce, salted scrambled eggs, cheap bacon, and coffee from the vending machine, which tasted the same. I expected more. Besides, the hotel is located near a club: we had loud music until late at night.
-
The bed was super comfortable and large. The room is not large, but sufficient. The location of the hotel for a sightseeing trip was really perfect.
The breakfast was ok, we would have liked a little more spice in the scrambled eggs and some tastier coffee. Generally for a 3* hotel but a very solid breakfast.
-
Really a recommendable hotel!! Staff friendly, helpful. The breakfast far exceeded my expectations, sufficient and good. Rooms very clean and enough space in bathroom and room.
-
the staff were friendly and plesant. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was huge, the room was a nice size and well equipped. the breakfast was very nice but the cooked food could be kept hotter. there was plenty of choice for a continental breakfast. I would recomend the Comfort Hotel. it was an enjoyable stay.
There was nothing to dislike about the Comfort Inn Hotel. there was a good bus, train and underground service all within walking distance. there is a coffee shop outside the hotel, handy if you haven't booked a breakfast with your stay. there is a lovely friendly pub that serves good food and a nice pint just across the road.
-
Location is excellent to get quick into the centre of London. The double room is large enough. Beds are good and you can get a decent shower.
This hotel should definitely offer free WIFI.

Poor treating at reception
Cleaners talking loud outside room from 8am ..even walked into room without knocking at 8.15 !! For £125 a night I expected a little bit more .. A long walk from Vauxhall station .. Poor greeting at reception..poor handling of online booking, room dingy not a good experience ..certainly would not return
